ABOUT:
- Higher Power Recovery LLC is a Christian based company that exists to assist in the recovery of unclaimed Excess Proceeds (property equity) from foreclosing agencies and help return these equity funds back to their rightful owners, or their heirs.
- We monitor Foreclosure Auctions and audit the foreclosing agencies to find unclaimed excess proceeds (equity) due back to individuals and companies. For most areas and types of foreclosures, we have the ability and resources to facilitate and coordinate the recovery of these funds for our clients and claimants by using our trusted Attorneys' experience and expertise in this realm of law, along with our proven processes and highly proficient research team.
- There is NO upfront cost nor out of pocket expense for our clients. Many times there is a time limit to recover these funds after which they are unrecoverable and "forfeited" to the agencies holding these funds.
